Garmin ID Authentication

In order to receive an mNAV Map Update, your map must be authenticated by Mora Systems Limited. Please enter your Garmin Unit ID as well as your email address. Your Garmin Unit ID is read from your Garmin Device. If you are not sure how to access this ID, see "How to get your Garmin Unit ID" below.

A yearly mNav Map update plan retails online for USD40

All fields are required.

	Your Garmin Unit ID is NOT found anywhere on the body of the device. You have to turn the device ON to obtain it. Scroll to the bottom of this page to see the instructions showing how to get your Garmin Unit ID.

Notes:

1. KENWOOD DNX OWNERS: If your map is installed on a Kenwood DNX series in-dash system, you will NOT be able to perform an update online. This type of update can only be performed at our office. Call us at 1-868-662-3605.

2. You are entitled to one free map update to the next available version with your purchase. Subsequent map updates are USD40 per device per year for access to available updates within the year. Payment for updates can be made online after this form is filled in and submitted. Updates for your device can take up to 2 working days to be processed and to be made available for download.

3. If you do not wish to update your device online, you can bring it into the office for us to update. Note, however, there is a 100TTD per device administrative cost that you must pay for this service.

4. You must have an existing and legitimate mNAV Map data license for Trinidad & Tobago installed on your Garmin device in order to receive an update.

5. If the submitted ID is not verified and is found to be stolen or if the existing data is found to be from an unlicensed third party developer, an update will not be issued and no refund will be provided.

How to get your Garmin Unit ID

Power on your Garmin Device and get to the main screen. Click on <Tools> as shown below:

Then click on <Settings> as shown below:

Then click on <System> as shown below:

Then click on <About> as shown below:

You will then see the Unit ID as shown below. This is the number you will be entering above for authentication:
